Technical eCommerce Coordinator, Project Manager

NEUTRL was established in 2025, spun out of Sitesquad LLC, a Magento application support agency. NEUTRL is by proprietor, Todd Simmons, a cofounder in Sitesquad in 2008.

For the last 17 years, Todd has been managing day-to-day application support and development for growing merchants operating their own open source-based eCommerce stores.

NEUTRL sits in between merchants and all the vendors serving them. It's an answer to the challenge of eCommerce, today: the need to do many things really well.

There is no one agency or developer perfect for every job. NEUTRL enables merchants to circumvent exclusive relationships limiting their reach so they can work productively with more partners.

Likewise, NEUTRL aims to help vendors do more business from the things they know how to do really well in contrast to fringe demands.

NEUTRL is platform agnostic. It will serve merchants on SaaS such as Shopify or Big Commerce. It will serve merchants running open source software such as Magento or Shopware, or the commercial variants of those platforms. And NEUTRL will serve merchants heading into voguish headless micro services platforms.
