NEUTRL MyPoC helps merchants evaluate Magento and Shopware for their specific needs.

NEUTRL MyPoC is the setup of Magento or Shopware Proof of Concept stores enabling merchants to evaluate these platforms with their own key requirements under a fixed budget. MyPoC projects provide merchants a valuable opportunity to get hands on with Magento or Shopware before making an all-in buying decision.

Technical Scope

NEUTRL MyPoC projects produce real Magento and/or Shopware stores showcasing key requirements for each merchant. They can comprise many technical tasks.

NEUTRL MyPoC projects also comprise consulting to help merchants formulate a whole view of what business would be like on Magento or Shopware.

Boundaries

NEUTRL MyPoC projects have boundaries in keeping with NEUTRL's fundamental orientation.

  1. No production builds. MyPoC projects do not lead to NEUTRL building merchant stores. NEUTRL is only producing proof of concept of stores.
  2. Limited-run projects. MyPoC projects are 1-2 week projects. They are not designed to showcase every store requirement for merchants, but rather key, make-or-break features.
  3. No third-party kickbacks. Any final decision by a merchant to move forward with a Magento or Shopware build will not bring any commissions to NEUTRL from any third-parties involved in that build.
  4. Simplified hosting. Jetrails AutoPilot is used for Magento and Shopware installations and hosting which makes for easy setup. This service is paid for via project fees. No requirements to use Jetrails hosting for production builds.
  5. Custom development evals only.
    1. MyPoC projects do not deliver custom development. They can comprise installation and trials of off-the-shelf, third-party extensions which could be required to evaluate key custom needs, but MyPoC projects will not yield their own software customizations to Magento or Shopware.
    2. MyPoC projects can comprise developer-led reviews and estimates for customization requirements so as to provide merchants a starting point for understanding what these requirements could cost in production build-scenarios.
  6. Fair and dutiful. MyPoC projects aim to serve both platforms, Magento and Shopware, dutifully, and are linear in nature. Merchants can commission projects for Magento and Shopware, but they are separate projects so that each platform can be evaluated on its own merits.
